This year for the Art Tours we will be having ongoing Raku firings. Our guests can watch and learn and even participate by glazing your own purchased Raku piece and then watching it go through the processing of firing and take home your finished work! We will have a scheduled Raku firing each day at 2pm. Other firings as needed.
You’re welcome to join us here at this country studio and take in the gardens and the various art work at site number 12.
Demonstrations this fall include: Slab rolling, glazing, raku firing, paint pouring, and hands-on mosaic turtles .
This year for the Fall Art Tour Kaye’s photographer brother Loren will be the guest artist. (Scroll down to see some of his work.)
